Joshua Van defeats Cody Durdan in a dominant unanimous decision

Van's performance in the final two rounds demonstrated how high-level and well-conditioned he is. In the opening round, Durdan showcased strong wrestling skills but clearly gassed out, though this does not take anything away from Van’s performance. Van will be ranked in the official standings next week, and in the post-fight interview, he calls for either a top-10 or top-5 opponent. After that performance, he truly deserves it.
